We are a family owned company based out of St. Louis, Missouri.
Our vision of this business came to light from different events that have taken place in our lives. I lived in London England on my own for several months when I was 20. Although I have a close knit family, they were in a different country. It’s hard to explain how completely alone I felt, but it left an impression on me. Whenever I received a letter from home it lifted my spirits and kept me going until I received the next one in the mail.
At one point, my husband worked in a nursing home/retirement community. One of the things that stood out to him was the importance & excitement people placed on getting something in their mailbox.

What really tied this whole idea together is my husband’s talent for writing. Every year during the holidays he writes a letter recapping the year while sending a message of hope and inspiration. The feedback is always “why aren’t you writing full time”. One year a lady received a letter in error (right name, wrong address). Even though we were complete strangers she sent an e-mail saying how much it meant to her. Her husband had recently died and she was feeling lonely. She believed that God had somehow directed that letter to her mailbox.
This past year, my great aunt wanted me to come out and visit her….I couldn’t afford to make the trip so I decided once a month I would write her a letter. I wanted the letter to be important but never felt like I had the right thing to say. I’m embarrassed to admit, I never sent one. This business idea is in honor of her. She is now receiving a letter each and every week!
I am completely passionate about this business as it is making a positive difference in the people's lives it touches.
